Shipping rates
Currently, sunshinepolishing.com is able to ship to most international addresses (see restrictions below).
Rates may vary upon your choice: express, air, regular ground, etc. Following your order, a representative will contact you to discuss your options.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Please also note that, for your protection, any order valued at CDN$1000 or more will be sent via a trackable method.
Shipping restrictions
Also, we cannot currently ship any items to addresses in Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, and Sudan.
Customs fees
You might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Sunshine Polishing, you are considered the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers who ship products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Please not that Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refunds policy
If you are the original purchaser who bought new products directly from sunshinepolishing.com, you may return the products in as-new condition to Sunshine Polishing up to 30 days after you receive them for a refund of the product purchase price if already paid.
In either case, the refund or credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your packing slip or invoice; you are responsible for those.
THE REFUND OR CREDIT IS SUBJECT TO A FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) RESTOCKING FEE (PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES), UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Procedure
To return products, you must contact a Sunshine Polishing representative by phone or by email to receive a credit return authorization number. To expedite the process of your refund or credit, Sunshine Polishing expects you to return the products to Sunshine Polishing in their original packaging within 5 days of the date that Sunshine Polishing issues the credit return authorization number.
YOU MUST PREPAY SHIPPING CHARGES AND INSURE THE SHIPMENT OR ACCEPT THE RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT.
Returned products must be in as-new condition.
Refund
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
